Good news??? Bad news??? hmmpppp

Emailed my lawyer few days ago, its regarding the process of my PR application basically....Wat he replied me was " m sorry to let u know tht due to the policy changes.....the process of all de non-critical skills applicants has been STOP at the time being (including urs)...and the process will only be continue after 1st of July'' OMFG.....So basically the government is giving priority for those critical skill applicants (IT, engineer, accountant but is with ieslt 7 n above...etc..but definitely not finance, economic, statistics la) $^@%$^#%$^#$@#$%

So wat m i waiting here in melb??? u tell me??? The first thing come to my mind is BALIK KAMPUNG!! Was actually planning to go back anyway once i know my PR answer this MAY by prediction (till May is ngam ngam 9 months in time). So since the process been postpone....n i have no idea how long more i have to wait (maybe till end of this year?? maybe next year????)....ma as well go back home to help out my family better still rite??!!! dont have to stay here suffering!!! On the other way round...i spent almost AUD5k (nearly RM15k) to apply this PR...quiet a big investment i reckon...hmmm...but i've earn it back by working part time job !!! so consider cover the cost dy mah rite!!! I told this to my fren n he said "haiyah...小小的损失是为了更大的回报 " hahaha....but then RM15k is not small small shun shi leh my dear!!!

N i wont be staying here i mean melb for long neway!!!my family is back in malaysia...n i miss everyone back at home!!! so...my final decision is TO BALIK KAMPUNG!!! hahahaha....imagine u can makan free, shopping (part of it free), petrol free, stay in nice house, sleep nice bed, dont have to wash my own cloths, dont have to cook myself..etc..so many advantages of going back home...=) n ya one more thing...is can see Lucas baby!!! hahaha

Not really sure when to balik yet...maybe mid of MAY..coz have to call my lawyer n let him know....So to my dear frens back in Malaysia...MEL is touching down Malaysia real soon!!! n m going to paint the whole Banting, Subang, KL ..etc in red!!! lol

So u tell me...GOOD NEWS ??!!! or BAD NEWS???!!!

Waking up late around 3pm today (was youtubeing the day be4 till 5am...so de consequences...waking up late) hehe...The first thing i wake up (after brushing my teeth n clean my face) is to straight away open the fridge n take out the butter (for my cake) to defrost....

As i've mention from my previous entry...me as de baker of de day is baking green tea cupcakes for my sister...n its my first time actually to bake this cupcakes (lazy to try baking it on friday)...so bit nervous but still full of confidence la...eheh..

Ok i know the cake dont look like green tea cake over here (not de same as the pic tht i found from google)....coz i follow de instruction *bake them for 20 to 25 min*...ended up...bit brownish on top (look like ''huat ge'')....So the second round i follow my own instruction dy..bake it for just 10 min....n thr u go...ta daaa....

Me being bit creative....actually added red beans into the cakes....so it becomes green tea red bean cupcakes instead of green tea cakes...hohoho...

Have u guys watch de TV program called ''iron chef'' (japanese chef competition)...its a competition between 2 chefs n thr are judges to judge who will win the competition kinda thing...So we actually had a chef competition called ''steward chef" instead of "iron chef" hahaha....n the title of the competition is to bake a dessert.....n thr u go....apple crumble (by chia min) vs green tea cupcakes (by mel)...

Wat a tired n yet a fun saturday we had!!! =)

Counting down for Amellyn's burfday party!

Amellyn's day is coming soon....so wat kind of cake m going to bake for her birthday party on this coming saturday...hmmmm....???!!!! *think think think*..I want to bake something new...hmmmmmm...how bout GREEN TEA CUPCAKES!!!!???? sounds good??? yea....since my sister love green tea stuff lots....therefore i started to search green tea cupcake recipe from google....

N guess wat i found....









ITs green tea cupcakes' pictures from google....wow....looks very greenish n really tasty dont u think so.???!!! N coz of the nice picture she had....m going to follow her recipe bulat bulat n really really hope to get the exact cupcakes tht she had made!!! very excited....

She kinda actually change a bit of the original recipe A (tht's wat i read from her blog..basically just added few tablespoon of green tea powder into it)...n de frosting on top r from another recipe B (not from the original recipe A)..n this is how the recipe B's frosting look like....

N u know la....m more fancy of low fat cupcakes....n this frosting need like butters, creme cheese, sugars n green tea powder...3 out of 4 r fattening stuff!!! OMFG!!! then how how how?? cannot make the exact frosting dy lor.... So wat i plan was to actually minus off the butter n sugars...n tried to get a nice low fat creme cheese to mixed with de green tea powder!!! dunno will it works or not....if not...then probably just top with icing sugar enough la..

Wanted to start my first trial just now...but due to the lack of green tea powder....m just going to imagine how m i going to bake the cakes with my very own imagination....so basically i have an overall idea already.....just belum start action only.. probably trying it tomorrow after i finish my work...or just straight to the final product..

We r actually planning to throw a birthday party at our apartment....something like those celerbation tht we had when we were young (invite frens to the house..eat fried mee hooon with curry chicken....got jelly n watermelon as dessert...got cin cai or orange juice as drinks kinda thing...)

Due to the economy crisis tht we r currently facing...Australia government has announced to pay (give) all de tax payers 'some' amount of money (depend on how much u earn lar) to let them spent...

I heard this news from my brother actually...so he was asking me

BRO: ei u know u can get 900aud for FREE from government?
MEL: hah...y i kena lottery meh? y government wan to give me money?

BRO: no mah economy now like tht so they wan more ppl to spend mah..so mah give money to those tax-payer to spend lo...
MEL: u sure or not...but i just work part time worr..n earn not as much as u also...samore i got my tax fully refund leh...

BRO: did u lodge ur tax refund last year?
MEL: YES !!! Leong Pin help me claim for de refund when he was here last year for holiday....

BRO: then is ur salary less than $6k a month??
MEL: YES!!! of coz la...part time only!!

BRO: u got tick '' u r Australian citizen for tax purposes'' when u fill in those paper document?
MEL: YES! YES! YES!

BRO: Then u will get lo....
MEL:wohoo...but then how can i get the money from the government? government wont rugi meh???
BRO: they will automatically send it to u la....rugi tak rugi i dunno la...

BRO: soon...2 month later..june..gua (thts when the government will send us the slip for tax refund)

With banyak happy mood..very excited ...plus bit wondering, unsure unsure mood...
MEL: wah if got it then shiock la...but see how 1st..later din get it then mah sien diao lo.....(dont hope so high 1st)

Then today at work...my frens was telling me bout this issue...then i was like...so u think we(as a part time...n get all the tax fully refund by government) can get the 900aud for FREE??!!!
Then my fren (Jo) said

JO:maybe cannot la..coz kawan saya cakap we got all the tax fully refund...samore my tax refund was like 70bucks only..if get it ...macam ni tu government mah very rugi kan.....(she is Indonesian...of course she knows how to speak malay)

MEL: true also la...but we meet all the requirement mah rite!! so shud get it la...
JO: if get it then shiock la...can buy lots of things....
MEL: yealar yealar...but if i can get it i think m going to save it FIRST...then later on when wanan balik malaysia tht time only kau kau kasi dia....lol

All my frens come to join our conversation...bla bla bla bla bla non stop.....with lots of languages(english, malay,mandarine,tamil..) all rojak...basically one word..NOISY!!!!

Everyone of us really hope will get tht money (of course la...got money for FREE who dont wan wor....) pray hard...but if cant get it also nvm la..coz we din really contribute lots also...so......will let u guys know if i GOT it!!! eheh =)

Enter into the world of~ LUXURY~

One of the main purpose for every girl (shud said majority of girls) to work so damn hard, save most of their monthly salary (still need to save for petrol, food,grocery expenses...etc..n of course some for shopping purposes mah rite) is to indulge themselves with branded bag (probably not 'a' bag...might be more than one)lol!!!

When it comes to the word 'luxury' ...meaning its a high quality, wont drops its own value..n of course expensive bag lar...n thts y every girls have to save up like 2 to 3 month of their salaries just to buy branded bag!!!

So in this entry...m going to blog bout luxury bags..trust me..this is gonna be one of my favourite entry post..=) As u can see thr r so many luxury brands available in the 'market';ie: LV,Chanel,Gucci,Prada,..etc etc...n there are so many bags that u like, but with limited resources available... wat to do???? Opportunity course loh....''buy this then u have to forgive tht lo..or maybe buy this first n later few more months got enough money dy then buy another one loh'' .
So what you have to do in order to avoid ''pening kepala session'' is to actually do lots of research before spending a huge amount of money on the shop. Wat u can do is to actually browse through their official website n must of course walk into the shop( not only one time la...few times...to really confirm tht u really like tht bag mah) n have a look n tried to carry it on with u ( so tht u wont regret after buying it). But sometimes u cannot really think too much wan...coz if u keep thinking then ur mood of buying will become lower n lower n eventually not buying it!!! So when it come to this kind of situation, sometime must be a bit 冲动 mood u know....''like it...then buy'' kinda reaction (of course within budget la) ...N so far m not regret with any of de bag tht i've purchased as m still taking good care of 'them', carrying 'them' around n not letting any of 'them' to go yet!!! hahaha....

As for me, i like those bag tht can be use in any occasions, n can match with any of my cloths; casual or formal! Here m going to intro u some ''must-have'' bag or 'it-'wont -go- wrong-with-any-occasions'' bags ~aka~名牌必备款!
‘四，五包’ meaning '4 in height,5 in width' bag is de 'W-G-W' bag (Wont Go Wrong) bag that u wont regret of purchasing it.

Due to my laziness n sleepiness...m just goin to show a few brand tht have this kind of classic WGW bag (of course thr more brands tht have this kind of bag).

This is definitely a classic LV bag as u can see thr r lots of girls carrying this speedy bag..n its suit each of them real lots..dont u think so??!!...doesnt matter u r tall, short, fat, slim, wearing casual or formal....its just an ALL ROUNDED bag ..thts wat i can said! this bag is consider the cheapest category for LV bag , its around aud800++ if m not wrong (the price has just increased in de end of last year or de beginning of this year..cant remember) ! So for those first branded buyer who really wanna play safe..trust me..grab this bag!

This Gucci Boston bag is kinda similar to the LV speedy bag...In term of price, this bag is relatively cheaper..It cost around aud650++. i've got this as a birthday present..yiepie!!!=)

It dont have to be like a rectangular type of shape.....it can also be bit more curvy kinda look... like those below:

The best part of this Gaufree bag is tht...thr have many ways of carrying this bag (other than just hand carry)....As u can see thr is a sling on the bag...so with tht u can turn this bag into a sling back (sling it side or sling it on one shoulder)...=)

This birthday celebration was actually held on the 1st of March 09, which is the day after we flew back here to melbourne after a long long CNY holiday back in malaysia!!! is Lewis Ng birthday by de way...(i think he is going to kill me if he see all the pic tht i posted it up here..hahaha...)I DONT CARE!!!! =P

we had dinner in a new chinese restaurant called Golden Leaf, which is located in habour town, dockland (a new shopping place in melbourne). The foods was OK!! so so....or maybe we dont really know wat to order...expensive or not??? hmmmm ..i dont know...hahaha....coz he spent on us!!!! At tht time i havent got any mood or motive to start baking my own cakes.....so we ended up buying him a nice yummy cake from Brunette or was is Brunetti???!!!!.....

Most of my frens r very berry curious bout wat m i doing now here in melbourne! here r my update to u guys!

m currently waiting for my PR in Melbourne..been waiting for like 7 months already so 2 more months to go..dont ask me whether i can get it or not..i dont really care rite now! as i always have a very good Plan B inside my pocket! hohoho...

Been working part time job since i was back here in melbourne! other than tht..sitting in front of my Mac surfing net, msn, facebooking, yotubeing, cooking for the '2500 kids' etc. n of course shopping shopping shopping...

n dunno wat wind blow towards me nowadays (might be tonardo)...lol...m falling in love with 2 things!..Firstly, BAKING...yes...is BAKING!!! i bake banana cake n cupcakes!!! n most importantly is LOW FAT cakes. kinda pro in baking low-fat cakes*proud proud*..wan any tips? just ask me!!! *wink*=) lets pics do the talking!

Tipssy Tipssy:
1. if u have a chubby arms (like me..basically like to cover everything) haha..u can simply wear a baby plain tee inside with a shorts/jeans n a belt on the waist/or with a long necklace (p/s: just choose either belt or necklace to go with this kind of tube blouse so tht u wont look very ''messy'' or ''display'' too many things on ur top) ..just keep it simple n nice!!! =)

2. for those slim slim girls....u can just forget bout the baby tee-shirt inside....or if u wan more layer ...u can wear sleeveless tank inside too...

3. wear with a long-cardigan (which also a trend nowadays) *minus the baby tee-shirt* ...can wear with a waist belt inside or outside the cardi..with shorts/jeans.=)

p/s: No skirt on this kind of blouse pls....
Both Heels n sandals go really well on all the tips up thr!!! =)
